This week we are going to focus on Gratitude Marketing and why it's so important. The reason why clients don't use their Realtor again isn't because they didn't like them, it's because they forgot about them! It is important to stay connected with clients by building and maintaining relationships. One of the ways you can stay connected is through gratitude marketing. Sending a handwritten note to a client, sending a birthday or sympathy card, dropping in for a quick visit, or what we like to call "pop-bys", are all ways to personalize and say thanks to your past and current clients.
