-PAGE= business
-Post some more personal things on your page occasionally
-Talk about business on your profile- double exposure (just not as much as on your page)
-Like other pages as your page
-Post content on other pages
-The voice feature allows you to engage on your page as yourself- this puts a face to your brand
MESSAGES
-Users initiate messages- Administrators cannot
-Non-fans can also send messages
-Click on Edit Page- Manage Permissions, then click on show "message" button
BUILD AUDIENCE
-Invite your friends
-Invite email contacts
-MUST be using facebook as your profile
ACTIVITY LOG
-Can highlight, delete, or hide any posts or comments on your wall
NAME CHANGE
-You can request a change of your page name and FB will get back to you
