Bold Moves Real Estate Tour! Bold Moves Real Estate had an office tour yesterday encompassing 5 new properties our agents have just listed.  Once a month we embark on a tour of our new listings.  What better way to make us better agents, than viewing our in-house listings for our potential buyers.  This keeps all the agents fresh on Bold Move Listings so we are better able to help our clients.  It also gives the listing agent ideas for staging, price adjustments and better ways to showcase the house.

We saw this house on 27 Elaine Ave. in New Bedford.  We also saw another house in New Bedford and two listings in Wareham.  We ended our tour with Paula Tosca's 3.2 million dollar listing in Mattapoisett.
