So, when the National Association of REALTORS® phased out the benefit of ZipFORMS,

the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® stepped in with REMINE Docs+!

I taught a class for the Realtor® Association of Pioneer Valley this week (love them so much!) and we really broke it down.

Some enlightening moments for the students included:

• The deadline to download your records from ZipFORMS and upload to Remine Docs+

(I encouraged them to add to their drive folder as well!)

• The power of a valid, binding contract
• The potential devastation of not having one
• The ability to ask just whose contract the sellers signed - the agent's or the agent's company. Our Code of Ethics addresses this!
