Chris has considerable real estate expertise over the years  buying, renovating and selling properties.  He has worked with designers, architects and builders and can help you navigate through the new home building process from site selection to moving in.

Chris also has experience in the rental market as well as with first time home buyers. He has developed relationships with attorneys, home inspectors, contractors and appraisers to help his deals flow smoothly.

Chris was born and raised right here on the South Coast. He graduated from UMASS Dartmouth with a Bachelor's in Economics and earned his Master's in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College in Boston. He currently resides in Rochester with his wife and two children.

Chris enjoys volunteering at his children's school as well as the Pan-Mass Challenge Kids Rides and is a member of the Rochester Land Trust.  Chris is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Southeastern Massachusetts. Chris is your skilled negotiator and problem solver and is the last agent you will ever need to call.  He provides honest, direct, and straightforward information so that clients can make and educated decision regarding their homes.
