Becoming a Licensed Real Estate Professional means that you are embarking on a journey of ethics, responsibility and initiative.

With those traits in mind, let’s review Student Policies!

  1. 40 hour commitment~You are responsible for 40 hours of coursework.
  2. ‘Live’ Class~ We live workshop via BOLD Bundles Monday-Friday 9-9.
  3. Our curriculum is ongoing, and the classes are set in order of the classroom materials.
  4. All modules of the curriculum must be tracked by you, either in live workshops or independently.
  5. You have 6 months to complete your course.
  6. If you need additional time, please see the Dean of Students.
  7. You must engage with all subject matter in the curriculum.
  8. Please speak with the Dean of Students if you need to work out a Payment Plan
  9. Before you begin, you will meet with the Dean of Students for an Onboarding session.

  12. All classes, dates, and times are subject to change with notice.
  13. Enrollment is online, as is full payment for course. Live Class is $397. SOAR is $327.
    1. Once you complete your paypal payment, you will be directed to SOAR Agreement and Information Page.
    2. We collect the information to create your special sign in information.

  14. Lifetime Audit Availability~ Should you not pass the test, you may attend our workshops and work with us until you pass the test.
  15. Withdraw or Cancel~ Our goal is for you to be successful. If you need to reschedule your class or withdraw, please see Dean of Students.
  16. Our policy is we credit you your investment for another course or a later class.

  17. Online Course Introduction ~ The Massachusetts Department of Professional Licensure recently approved Online Classroom Class. Here are the parameters:
    1. Courses provided for licensure must be classroom based. For purposes of these regulations, classroom based shall be deemed to require live interaction between a Board approved instructor and any students.
    2. Online or distance learning courses may only occur on regular schedules in the same manner as live courses.
    3. Instruction must occur during times that students and instructor(s) are able to interact during the class session utilizing communication technology.
    4. Distance or online courses must utilize a form of communications technology so that during each scheduled class meeting, the Board approved instructor is able to interact with every student in real time. This requirement shall not be deemed to prohibit students from viewing videos or other multimedia presentations as part of a course so long as the majority of the class is a real-time collaboration between instructor and students
    5. Correspondence or other distance learning courses in which students receive instruction by pre-recorded presentations or other types of courses in which students are not instructed in real time by a Board approved instructor shall not be eligible for Board approval.
      1.  Licensees and prospective licensees shall only be allowed to take Board approved distance or online courses provided by authorized real estate schools.
      2.  Prior to the beginning of a course, the Board approved outline and orientation shall be provided to the student which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
        1. how credit will be recorded for later access;
        2. technology requirements for completion of the course;
        3. links to school policies including such policies on misrepresenting student identity and refunds;
        4. description of how much time a student has to complete the course;
        5. information about access to content and technical support; and
        6.  methods to obtain answers to student questions.
  18. Online Course Description for Agent Rising. We strictly follow all State Rules and Guidelines.

    2. Knowledgevision is the Online Classroom Platform that we use. It is accessed through www.agentrising.com/showcase/
      1. These modules are for your study purposes only.
      2. Please do not duplicate or share without authorization.
      3. You can view all training modules on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
      4. Our curriculum is ongoing, and the classes need not be chronological. You must complete all training modules

  22. You schedule your classes through the calendar on the home page of www.agentrising.com
  23. Workshops and live instructor availability is Monday through Thursday 9 am- 9 pm.
  24. There is a Live Chat  on your course as well as www.agentrising.com
  25. There is an “Ask a Question” option available also, which is an email blast to your Team.
    1. Your question will be answered as soon as possible, guaranteed within 12 hours.
    2. All questions will be added to “Frequently Asked Questions” on www.agentrising.com
  26. Audit~ You will have lifetime audit availability to the online courses until you pass the test.
